I have kind of a non-typical story. Was looking for kind of rare car and found one that Greg and team had in Harrisonburg. 540 miles from me and a fairly new and special car that I would normally prefer to buy from a branded new car dealer. Anyway, I started skeptical is the point. I read the reviews on Greg's site and I was impressed by the fact that they were not just boasting about customer service but letting their customers speak for it. My experience related to customer satisfaction in Auto is significant. Businesses that put the recommendation from customers front and center don't do this unless they are actually good. If they did they would be out of business I also noted that Greg seemed to have a lot of repeat business and being in a small town this is critical and again, can't be accomplished without good service. Anyway, my experience was fantastic. The car was exactly what was represented to me and there was no monkey business when it came to negotiating the deal. I now have a car that I have wanted since I was 10 years old and it was an easy process (except for getting there). Thanks to Greg and the team in the back who put my car on the hoist so I could look at the bottom of it.
